These SMS Terms apply to anyone who receives or sends text messages through Versyn Bid. Versyn Bid is operated by Versyn AI LLC, a Washington State limited liability company.

When a customer replies YES to the consent SMS, they agree to these terms.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Versyn Bid for the purposes described in How SMS works on Versyn Bid. You confirm that the phone number you provided is yours, and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
Versyn Bid sends bid delivery messages to customers on behalf of contractors who use Versyn Bid. These contain a link to review and sign a specific bid.
We do not send marketing messages, promotional messages, or any messages outside this transactional flow.
A typical customer receives 1–3 messages over the course of one bid.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also email support@versyn.ai at any time to be removed.
To resume receiving messages after opting out, contact your contractor or email support@versyn.ai.

Versyn Bid does not charge for messages. However, your mobile carrier may charge standard message and data rates. Check with your carrier for details.
SMS service is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone numbers and message content are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers to third parties.
